As founder and CEO of, Todd is responsible for all facets of the company from strategic vision to execution.

Before launching, Todd was the Founder and CEO of AlphaDraft, an online platform that blended the world of esports, live streaming, and fantasy sports. He sold AlphaDraft to FanDuel in a highly publicized acquisition in 2015. It's his experience in esports that helped uncover how to reinvent traditional TV and streaming.

Prior to founding AlphaDraft, Todd played key roles in successful startups in the labor services, energy tech, hospitality, and enterprise software spaces. The combined exit value of his previous startups is over $200 million.


Neil Harris - Chief technology officer

In his role as Chief Technology Officer, Neil champions the team, platform, and technologies that allow to connect with its users in a one-of-a-kind experience.

Prior to, Neil was Co-founder of AlphaDraft, which was sold to Fanduel in 2015. As Director of Technology at FanDuel, Neil led the effort to build out the real-time NBA InPlay app with play tied to live NBA broadcasts.

Neil has co-founded numerous successful startups. He has extensive experience building scalable solutions driving both web and mobile platforms. Some of his work has won awards under the FWA and IFP while also being featured in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, Apple commercials, and Apple Retail Stores worldwide


michael dietz - chief creative officer

As Chief Creative Officer, Michael is responsible for guiding the company’s creative strategy - including show development, production, and execution.

Prior to working at, Michael spent 25 years in television, both in front of the camera and behind. Holding a number of senior entertainment roles, he has served as executive producer for hundreds of hours of television on shows such as The Apprentice, Minute To Win It, and Big Brother. Founder of Lucky Butterfly Productions, he has created and sold numerous shows to linear and digital networks including Viacom, Universal, and Warner Brothers.


Geremie Camara - chief CONTENT officer

As Chief Content Officer, Geremie is responsible for the company’s publishing strategy including content creation, production, licensing and distribution of original and third-party IP.

Prior to working at, Geremie has spent 20 years in entertainment at Paramount Pictures and Sony Pictures Television. He has served as executive producer on over 20 games and experiences on shows like Wheel of Fortune, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, and the Emmy nominated Jeopardy! app on Amazon Echo.


James M. Smith - Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, James is responsible for the company’s revenue strategy and overall business development.

Prior to joining the company, James served six years as SVP of Digital Advertising Sales for Sony Pictures Television and PlayStation, where he built their video ad businesses and funded Emmy nominated Original content for shows like Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee and SuperMansion. Before Sony, James spent five years as VP of National Ad Sales for Disney overseeing revenue across a network of 30 digital assets including video, social, and mobile games. A board member of the IAB, Smith has launched successful media businesses in Japan and Europe and has held global sales positions at The Nielsen Company and Softbank Japan.
