As Director of Growth for, you will be responsible for developing and executing initiatives to drive scalable growth in our user base. Specifically, you will be focused on developing the player/customer acquisition funnel and guiding the player experience to drive the retention of players to create sustained player growth within our shows. You will have a bias to experiment constantly to identify and refine acquisition channels and optimize conversion funnels. You will report directly to the CEO with dotted line reporting into the Chief Content Officer.

What you will do:

  • Own and deliver player growth KPI’s

  • Lead the cross-functional team responsible for product marketing, user acquisition, player research, customer support, community, and VIP subscription experiences.

  • Develop and manage Marketing, UA & Research budgets to ensure efficient user acquisition and effective marketing/tentpole campaigns.

  • Develop and own execution of the strategy and programs for driving awareness through paid advertising, retail visibility, word of mouth, and virality

  • Define the Marketing Creative Strategies and Partner with the Creative / Content teams to deliver world-class creative to drive user acquisition activity and tentpole campaigns

  • Manage the optimization of the acquisition conversion funnel through continuous testing

  • Define the community management, customer support, and VIP subscription strategy and ensure that player sentiment and consumer needs are appropriately considered and prioritized in roadmap and performance strategy discussions

  • Develop the player research needs and lead the Data team to measure the current experiences and inform the future experiences we create for our players

  • Partner with Product and Content teams to influence how we operate our shows and identify new features that will improve our player’s  experiences as well as drive player-to-player recruitment

  • Partner with BD, Product, and Content teams to develop compelling plans that maximize store visibility and featuring potential and appropriately prioritize these into the product roadmap

  • Partner with licensors (where relevant) to develop growth-oriented campaigns and content that our players will love
